Indian Matchmaking is a 2020 reality television show produced by Smriti Mundhra that premiered on Netflix on 16th July 2020. The second season of this series also premiered on Netflix in March 2022. And now the third season of this series is on its way to release. This Netflix reality series is created and directed by Smriti Mudhra. The third season of this series is all set for the premiere on Netflix.
The music of this series is composed by William Pearson, Sammy Chand, and Raoul Juneja while the cinematography is handled by Tom Djokaj & Priyanka Singh and editing is handled by Kevin Hibbard, David Isser, Jeff Marcello, and Vincent Oresman. The first and second season of this series premiered in 2020 and 2021 respectively now the third season is on its way for release on Netflix.
The exciting thing about this series is Mundhra went through a client list of about 500 families and called to see if they were willing to be on camera for this series. Mundhra also noticed that this series started with dozens of singles but some of those found their love during the production. This film portrays the matchmaking in the modern way like in this show it shows like no couples who identify as Muslim, Christian, or Dalit communities that represent close to 40% of the India’s population.
The third season of this film is also created by Smriti Mundhra and will be available soon only on Netflix for binge watching.
