The star cast who roped in this film are Prithviraj Sukumaran, Vivek Oberoi, and Samyuktha Menon in the lead roles. This film is produced by Supriya Menon, and Listin Stephen under the banner of Prithviraj Productions, and Magic Frames.
The music of this film is composed by Jakes Bejoy while the cinematography and editing is completed by Abinandhan Ramanujam, and Shameer Muhammed respectively. The duration of this film is about 2 hours and 3 minutes. All set for the theatrical release on 30th June 2022.
Kaduva officially announced on 16th October 2019 on Prithviraj Sukumaran’s birthday, to be directed by Shaji Kailas and written by Jinu V. Abraham, along with a motion poster featuring Prithiviraj captioned “inspired from a true story”.
The principal photography of this film was started from April 2021 and was halted after some time due to the Covid pandemic in Kerala. But then after some days it resumed in October and was completed filming in March 2022.
The story of this film revolves around a rivalry between Kaduvakunnel Kuruvachan aka Kaduva who is an influential rubber planter from Mundakayam and DIG named Joseph Chandy in the 1990s.
