After the demonetization (in this series) Additional Income Tax Officer Pradeep Bhattacharya leads a mission in Assam to siege a consignment of counterfeit notes. Bhattacharya also doubles up as a captain in the Indian Army in the Uri sector. But he likes to work for the Indian Army most. In this series it is shown that when his boss is fed up with him always giving preference to his other role (Indian Army), he confirms the bias by saying “Gulati Sir, Indian Army is my first love, Income Tax happened by chance. UPSC me saath (7) marks kam aaye the” . What happened next is the part of the story.
The story of the second season is about demonetization in India. The new season of this series is based on the book India’s Most Fearless 2 by Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh.
