The veteran actor Sanjay Dutt is getting lots of praises from around the country for his previous role in the superhit movie KGF Chapter 2 as Adheera, the main villain of the movie. Sanjay Dutt is now going to portray another villain role in the upcoming Ranbir Kapoor starrer, Shamshera. The actor has now officially revealed that he is working with Ranbir Kapoor for the upcoming thrilling movie Shamshera.
He added that he (Ranbir) is a brilliant actor and this movie will see him in a new light and he also added that Ranbir looks glorious on screen.
This film is directed by Karan Malhotra, Sanjay Dutt said that he has always created extraordinary characters and he knows better how to show the characters on screen so the audience can enjoy the best out of it. He also stated that the director has not left commercial cinema behind and he hopes that Shamshera becomes yet another winner.
This film is not a debut of Sanjay Dutt with the director as he already has worked with the director in the previous release film Agneepath where Sanjay Dutt has played as Kancha Cheena and Hritik Roshan was in the lead role in that movie.

The story of this film is set back in the 1800s where a warrior tribe is imprisoned by a cruel general and Ranbir has played the role of a savior for his people and takes a stand against the general.
